Claims preparation & filing
The main effort. Accredited representatives build your claim end-to-end — records, statements, forms — and file it right the first time. Initial claims are free from everyone by law; with us, everything is free.
Veterans earned their benefits in uniform. Getting them shouldn't be a second war fought alone. EBA prepares and files VA claims — free to the veteran, every time — funded by employers and donors, delivered by accredited representatives. Deeds, not words.
Every service fights differently. So does every part of a claim. We built our lines of effort the way the joint force fights — each named for the branch whose doctrine it borrows.
The main effort. Accredited representatives build your claim end-to-end — records, statements, forms — and file it right the first time. Initial claims are free from everyone by law; with us, everything is free.
Housing-unstable, justice-involved, deadline-pressed — urgent cases hit the beach first. Intent to file locked within 72 hours to freeze your effective date, full claim built behind it.
Blue-water logistics for benefits: employers sponsor claims help for their veteran workforce at a flat per-head rate, and the surplus carries claims for veterans no employer covers.
Targeting for paperwork: medical evidence development, nexus letters, presumptive mapping, C&P exam preparation. One pass, on target, minimum collateral delay.
You can't claim what you can't see. Unit and employer briefings, PACT Act presumptive alerts, plain-language guides — persistent overwatch of the whole benefits domain.
When the veteran is gone or the water is rising: DIC for surviving spouses, survivors pension, aid & attendance — we go out so families don't drift alone. Semper Paratus.
Unfavorable decision? Accredited representatives run the AMA lanes — Supplemental Claims with new evidence, Higher-Level Review, and Board appeals — with the one-year continuous-pursuit clock protected.
Tax-free pay retirees leave on the table because the application goes to your service branch, not VA. We build and file the CRSC package and assemble the combat-linkage evidence.
Eligibility screening, application, and appeals for VA’s Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers — stipends, CHAMPVA, respite — for the families carrying the load.
Post-9/11 and Montgomery entitlements, transfer to spouse and kids, Yellow Ribbon, and Chapter 31 Veteran Readiness & Employment — mapped before you enroll, not after the deadline.
Education on the write-offs veterans never hear about: Total & Permanent Disability student-loan discharge, PSLF credit for service, disability-severance tax refunds, and state property-tax exemptions for disabled veterans.
Injured working overseas as a contractor? DBA claims run through the Department of Labor on separate rules. We educate, organize your record, and connect you to DBA-specialized attorneys — whose fees the insurance carrier pays, never you.
DD-214 copies, full personnel and medical files (SF-180 / milConnect), award verification — plus corrections through the records boards when names, dates, or awards are wrong.
The clocks that expire quietly: final-move entitlements, SGLI-to-VGLI conversion windows, TRICARE and dental elections, state benefit registrations — a deadline map for the first year out.
The wrong characterization locks the door on everything else. We build Discharge Review Board (DD-293, 15-year window) and Board for Correction (DD-149) cases — arguing the liberal-consideration rules for PTSD, TBI, and MST-connected discharges the way the memos intend. No outcome promised; every tool employed.
Service-connected infertility is real, rated, and almost never briefed. We handle it with clinical privacy: service connection, the special monthly compensation (SMC-K) thousands earn and never claim, and care eligibility including IVF for service-connected cases — for veterans, and for Guard and Reserve members still serving.
Six veteran populations, each reached where they actually are — and on every one of them, the same standing order: the veteran is never the payer.
Reached through their employers — HR, EAP programs, veteran ERGs, unions and PEOs. Your job sponsors your claim; you keep every dollar of the award.
Claims filed 180–90 days before separation through TAP partnerships and partner organizations — walk out the gate with the claim already moving.
Retiree Appreciation Days, MOAA/TREA/FRA chapters, VFW and Legion posts. PACT Act presumptives are massively under-claimed in this generation — we bring the update to the post.
Marine-speed triage through shelters, SSVF partners and street outreach — a rated claim is often the single fastest path to stable income and housing.
TAPS and Gold Star networks; university veteran resource centers and SVA chapters. DIC and survivor claims are large, unserved, and ours to carry.
Benefits reinstated at release (38 C.F.R. 3.665) through VJO and reentry programs — a claim waiting at the gate changes the first ninety days outside.
Each card is one veteran's claim, staged and ready — identity protected, cost fully loaded at $660 per claim. Fund one as a donor, or sponsor one as an employer and we'll come talk about covering your whole veteran workforce.
Your veterans earned benefits they're not using. You sponsor the help at a per-seat annual rate set by two things: the tier you choose, and the size of your veteran workforce. $0 is ever charged to your employee — on any tier, at any size. The award is theirs alone.

Worked example: 100 veteran employees on Sustainer → 100 × $475 = $47,500 / year — full-arsenal coverage for your people, and the surplus funds roughly 38 free claims for veterans with no employer behind them. Ten-seat minimum on every tier and band.
Most American employers of veterans are small — a shop with three, a firm with six. They are not too small to matter; they are too small to be their own account. So they come in together: a chamber of commerce, trade association, union, or PEO signs one agreement covering the veteran employees of every member business. One contract, one invoice, one shared briefing calendar — and hundreds of small employers get the same arsenal a national bank buys.
| How the channel works | Who it's for |
|---|---|
| Pooled seat count. Member businesses' veteran employees are counted together, so the group prices at a Company or Battalion band rate no single member could reach alone. | Chambers of commerce · industry and trade associations |
| One administrator, no member paperwork. The aggregator holds the agreement and the invoice; member businesses simply tell their veterans the benefit exists. | PEOs · staffing and employer-services firms |
| Shared briefing calendar. Regional and virtual sessions serve all members at once — the same benefits education, delivered at group scale. | Unions · veteran-owned business networks |
| Aggregate impact reporting for the group — outcomes across the membership, never a single veteran's identity, to any member or to the aggregator. | Franchise groups · regional employer coalitions |
Not part of a group yet? Two doors stay open: ask your chamber or association to contact us — introductions are welcome and we will do the briefing — or fund a single claim directly on the mission board, no agreement required.
Send the pledge form — it commits you to nothing. Our development team returns a one-page sponsorship agreement at your tier and band: aggregate-only reporting, no PII, service never conditioned on payment status. You launch it to your veterans as a benefit; we handle everything else, and every quarter you see the outcomes your sponsorship bought.
Every dollar is ammunition for one thing: free claims for veterans in the pools no employer covers — retirees, the unhoused, survivors, reentry. $660 funds one complete claim, start to finish.

Give $3,300Ten claims funded. This is what "deeds not words" looks like on a ledger.
Give $6,600Founded by a retired Army lieutenant colonel and Purple Heart recipient, governed by a majority-independent board, and built on one operating rule enforced in our articles of incorporation: the veteran never pays.
